It’s now even easier to get started with Ariene — you can simply download and run the MSI installer on a cloud-hosted or local Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations virtual machine. This approach lets you use Ariene without going through Lifecycle Services or deploying a package, making it an ideal option for quickly getting up and running. The Ariene binaries are completely free to use. It is only compatible with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations versions 10.0.44 and higher.

Ariene's binaries are offered for free, they do not require a license.
