The Ariene Document Exchange System allows your Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management system to directly pull/push data to external systems inside and outside your company. Easily export a Dynamics 365 table or tables into a csv or xml file. You can import csv or xml files into D365 tables. And you can do this without writing code. You can also change the specifications of the import or export documents without having to bring down the production system. You can push/pull from and to SFTP, FTP, FTPS, Azure Storage, Azure Files, OneDrive, Amazon S3, Google Cloud, Google Drive, Box, DropBox, WebDAV and OpenStack Swift file servers. You keep a complete audit trail of all documents coming in or going out and the monitoring system will notify you of any error condition that is generated.

You describe the structure of the outgoing or incoming XML or CSV document by using a simple tree. Since it does not involve X++ coding, you do not have to bring the production system down when there is a change in a document.

But, if you must, you can also code your integrations in x++ by extending our model. You will keep all the configuration and management capabilities of the system.

The system keeps a copy of every imported or exported document for security and audit purposes. It keeps these files securely in Azure File storage, so you don't have to worry about running out of disk space. Ariene is built to handle very large files.

The system hosts its own file explorer so you do not have to rely on an external application. The file explorer connects to SFTP, FTP, FTPS, Azure storage and Azure files servers.

The administration workspace allows you to simplify document management by having a view of the status of every incoming or outgoing job. The system has custom error handling that will alert you via e-mail if any problems occur during an import or export operation.

Export Dynamics 365 table data and convert it into CSV/XML files on remote servers in 3 steps:

1. Create Dynamics 365 queries, with a single table or several linked tables.

2. Define a document with a simple tree that describes the structure of your output file.

3. Execute this document and the system will create the output file in the destination server.

Import data from CSV/XML files into Dynamics 365 tables in 2 steps:

1. Define a document tree that maps out the structure of the document you want to import.

2. Execute the document and the data will be copied over to a Dynamics 365 table or tables.

The Ariene Document Exchange System is available: as a pay as you go license model with updates and support or a perpetual license with or without source code.
